Client Agreement Control Tracker™
Managed agreement organization, visibility, and follow-up through your private client portal.
Important agreement information should not disappear inside folders, email inboxes, spreadsheets, or individual documents.
The TermSharp Client Agreement Control Tracker™ is a managed agreement-control service for businesses that need important dates, responsibilities, action items, missing documents, scope changes, and approved agreement information organized in one company-specific portal.
TermSharp manages the processing and quality-control workflow. Customers review proposed information before approved customer-facing information is published to their portal.

How the Process Works
1
Apply for the Managed Pilot
The business completes the Managed Pilot Inquiry form. No agreement documents are uploaded with the inquiry.
2
TermSharp Reviews Fit and Scope
TermSharp reviews the business information, approximate agreement volume, service needs, and pilot capacity.
3
Acceptance, Payment, and Account Setup
Accepted businesses receive the applicable service terms, payment instructions, and account-onboarding steps. Submission of the inquiry form is not payment and does not guarantee acceptance.
4
Receive Portal Access
TermSharp creates the company record and authorized user account. The customer receives an invitation to access the TermSharp Agreement Control Portal.
5
Upload the Agreement Through the Portal
After account activation, the customer submits the complete agreement package using the portal’s Upload Agreement page.
6
Processing, Quality Control, and Customer Verification
TermSharp processes the submitted agreement, performs internal quality-control checks, and presents proposed customer-facing information for verification when required.
7
Approved Information Is Published
After the applicable verification and approval steps are complete, TermSharp publishes approved agreement information, dates, action items, document status, scope changes, and reports to the customer’s portal. The customer continues using the portal to view approved information and supported managed-workflow updates while the service remains active.

Client Agreement Control Tracker™ Founding Managed Pilot Inquiry
Use this form to request consideration for the TermSharp Client Agreement Control Tracker™ Founding Managed Pilot.
Submission of this form is not payment, does not create a service agreement, and does not guarantee acceptance. TermSharp will review the information and follow up regarding fit, scope, availability, pricing, and next steps.
Do not upload an agreement with this inquiry. Accepted customers will receive a private portal invitation and will submit agreement documents through the portal after their account is activated.
Human Review Is Built Into the Process
The Client Agreement Control Tracker™ is not designed to make final agreement decisions for the customer.
Proposed information is reviewed by people before becoming part of the approved customer-facing portal record. Customers may be expected to verify proposed information against the source agreement and intentionally confirm information before final publication.
TermSharp may perform processing and quality-control checks, but the customer remains responsible for business decisions concerning the agreement itself.
Designed Around Controlled Portal Access
Customers access approved agreement information through a company-specific TermSharp portal. Using the portal does not require customers to provide TermSharp with general access to their Gmail, Google Drive, unrelated cloud storage, or unrelated business systems.
What the Portal Uses
- - A customer login created for an authorized user
- A company-specific portal record
- Agreement files intentionally submitted through the portal
- Customer information required to perform the managed service
- Approved customer-facing agreement information
- Controlled access based on the customer’s company account
What the Portal Does Not Request
- - General access to the customer’s Google Drive
- General access to the customer’s Gmail
- Permission to scan unrelated files
- Access to unrelated company systems
- Ownership of the customer’s agreements
- Permission to make business or legal decisions for the customer
Agreement Intake
Accepted customers submit supported agreement files through the Upload Agreement page inside their private portal.
TermSharp processes submitted materials through its private internal workflow. Customer-facing information is published to the portal only after the applicable processing, quality-control, verification, and approval steps are completed.
Uploading a document does not mean it has been reviewed, verified, accepted into active monitoring, or converted into an active agreement record.
