The Founding Managed Pilot requires three consecutive monthly billing cycles.
The $386 minimum commitment includes the $149 onboarding fee and three monthly payments of $79.
After the initial three-month commitment, service continues at $79 per month until canceled according to the plan terms.

You will receive confirmation of your purchase and the start of your onboarding process.
What Happens After Payment
Once you complete checkout, TermSharp begins the onboarding and activation process for your Founding Managed Pilot service.

Portal Setup
TermSharp sets up your company’s customer portal access and prepares your initial managed-service workspace.

Portal Invitation
You will receive your private portal invitation by email with instructions for secure login and next steps.

Agreement Submission
After access is active, you will submit agreements through your portal for managed processing, quality control, and customer verification.
Important
You will not upload agreements during checkout. Agreement uploads begin after your portal access is created and your onboarding starts.

The allowance of up to five active agreements refers to the number of agreements maintained in the portal at one time. It does not include unlimited processing of newly submitted agreements.
Work That May Require an Additional Charge
Some work falls outside the standard monthly service and may require separate approval and payment.
Additional Agreement Setup
$25 one time
For each straightforward agreement added after onboarding, when applicable. This fee may be waived when the agreement was separately reviewed through an eligible TermSharp agreement-review service.
Additional Active Agreement
$15 per month
For each active agreement above the five-agreement plan allowance.
The Founding Managed Pilot supports a maximum of ten active agreements per company.
Backlog organization, unusually complex agreement packages, incomplete or unreadable submissions, substantive agreement-review services, and work outside the managed-service scope may require separate pricing.
Your first payment will be $228. This includes the $149 one-time Founding Pilot Onboarding fee and your first $79 monthly payment.
